Posted some updates on the OP. Things are coming together nicely this year. I'm adding some things suggested by people who have attended previous years.

Can a CO, please add this event to the event calendar?

Any extra money will go to covering shirt expenses This year I hope to have enough for everyone. New logo is being worked on and then the design will be off to our shirt makers.
