We will be glad to have you join up this year.
For any new folks, this is not a fast and furious meet. We will obey most laws and try to not be bothersome to innocent traffic. Any intentional harassment of others will not be allowed and you will be removed from the group. We want everyone to get home safe. I had to make the tough choice to kick someone out on a previous year and I'll do it again if it's in the best interest for the rest of the group. If someone breaks down, we all stop until they are up and running or have arrangements to get home. This is not a race, but a spirited drive through a scenic part of Virginia. If you have questions post them up and we can get everything explained ahead of time.
I got a lot of positive feedback last year on the business cards I handed out with directions so I made more for this year. The route is NOT the same as last year, but a route we have done previously. Last years route change was not good at all.

Really it can last as long as you want it to. Last year after lunch ended, we took some photos, hung out for an hour, and we were near DC by 3:30-4 pm(IIRC).

Due to the overwhelming number of last minute private messages I'm getting:
I'm doing the best I can to keep up with everyone, but yes I am falling behind. If you see anything wrong please let me know and I'll fix as soon as I can. Typically within the day you notify me, but almost never instantly. If I can not get a shirt for you or lunch reservations it is not because I hate you. I gave quite a bit of time for everyone to get in on the action they want without just charging a flat fee for everyone who might not want certain things. I will probably not be updating the original post any more before the meet unless something big changes. It looks like we will hit our 100 cars but barely and I'm very excited to see everyone this weekend.
