Man...toreus you don't accept no from anyone.... You should be the official promoter
Ha - it's just that we don't do a lot of meets in NOVA, but this was a great one last year. Don't want folks to miss out!

Just curious, would you rather attend more meets or more meets where we drive around? It's a bit late in the year for me to work on any other meets this large, but there is always next year. The more input and interest I see the more I'm willing to keep trying for you guys.

I think there's probably enough interest here to warrant at least one additional driving meet that's staged in NOVA (something in the Spring out to Skyline maybe). But I also think a handful of shorter, sit down and get to know you non driving meets (happy hours?) would get a lot of interest from folks too. Even if it was just once every 2-3 months, I think that'd still be a better track record than what we have now. The Maryland and SOVA groups both seem more active than NOVA, but there are definitely owners and interest here - I think people would come!

I haven't ever tried to organize something though, so I'm not helping this situation either

I really, really appreciate this Mike.

The first half of the year I figured I could do more after the wedding. Now, with us expecting an addition to the family so soon, I should probably just step down.

I know what you mean man . Having a kid has almost made it impossible to make it out to hang out with you guys.

I would like to try and make it to this, it's just a bit of a drive for me, but I've been wanting to get up to Skyline drive this year anyway.

My 7th gen celica club used to meet once a month. We would get together and just hang out someplace. Have lunch, go bowling, bbq, just shoot the shit. It was nice while everyone got along. We all got so close that we vacationed together for 9 years. 25 or so of us. Then it kinda all fell apart as people moved on.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Really wish I didn't have a concert on the same day. Maybe there'll be some freak accident and the stage won't be useable...
