One of the problems with not replacing the hubs is getting the knuckle apart and then finding a bad hub and then having to wait for the part. It's also kind of a pain to cut the old bearing face off without damaging the hub. You could buy one hub and two bearings then do one wheel and try to reuse the hub. It's a good idea to have a spare hub and bearing anyway. It would have made my life so much easier if I had a spare for the SCCA comp school where we were lucky enough to scrounge everything needed so Oleg could do the hub and bearing swap.
Rob, that is a good point. I will save whichever one is not bad (i think the right). I ordered bearings and hubs as cutting the race of the hub looks like a PITA I don't need right now.

Anyone want to do the enduro karting Saturday evening? Thinking about making a team.

This seems like the best approach, from what I have read here. It does sound like a premature failure though.

Yeah, I think that is why he is the new fast Matt. He outspeed his hubs and bearing's life.
