Anyone going to FATT Friday or NASA on the weekend?
I was trying to make it Sunday to Nasa. I sent them an email about running only Sunday and recieved an email back asking which group I wanted to run in. I replied to it and never heard anything back. Oh well.

Finally found some time to install an oil cooler and the baffled oil pan. I plan to submit a writeup of the oil cooler install to Robrob, if he wants it for his site.

Looks great. I was going to get a sandwich plate and oil temp and pressure gauges (decided to use money for other things for now) but David was recommending mounting the oil pressure sensor on the firewall I believe in order to minimize vibration. I believe that is what he did for his car. He may chime in at some point.

Thanks. It's not perfect, but it turned out pretty well considering I made it up as I went along.
I have not yet installed an oil temp sensor. Suggestions appreciated. The sandwich plate for the oil cooler is not an option.

How do you know the bearing is bad? Try re-torquing the bearings first before replacing them, I've seen quite a number of people that have replaced their bearings even though the only thing that it needed is re-torquing. Plus 34k does not sound like much.
Oh, and I'd replace the hubs as well, regardless... S2000 service manual has specs on diameter tolerance for the hub, look it up. If it is within specs and no deep scratches/gouges are present it'll be safe to re-use it.
Here's some good pics:

I just replaced both of mine and did the hubs as well. Makes the job a lot easier. Also a good time to remove the rear dust shields if you still have them.
