We only have a little bit of crappy video. I do have a bunch of pics.
So racing during the day is pretty routine.
It is pretty much like any track day except people pass anywhere and all the time and you are driving anywhere from 1 to 2 hours at a time. Check out the horsepower difference between cars:
But it gets a little more serious as the sun goes down:
Keeping hydrated since I am up next
Driver change, last driver out!
Ready to go
It gets dark at VIR, here is the paddock/pit out area:
Can you imagine how much you overdrive your crappy headlights at 100mph?
This is about what everything looked like while on the track:
This is how damn good it felt to get the checkered flag and not smash up either the car or my Team's chances of finishing.
Getting final results
