Super busy today. Roll bar install almost done. Just have to do the cutting tomorrow and adjust a couple holes in the front or maybe I'll just buy a bigger drill bit just for those two holes. After roll bar install then soft top install is next. Hopefully there will be enough sunshine to cruise around tomorrow but I have to fine a soft top top latch first. If anybody out there have an extra set laying around please hook the brother up. I'll pay premium and I will pick it up for anybody that has it.

Sorry we couldn't hang around and help out, Ron.

Do yourself a favor and go pick this up:

It will save you a ton of time with getting those holes right. I will be using it in the morning to try and get the holes to line up in the hardtop bracket.

Thanks again for the top and the hospitality. You and your wife rock!
You guys are welcome at any time. I saw that drill bit tool you are referring to in your car. Why didn't I think of that.

Thanks for the tip. You just saved me from a lot of frustration to come.

May not finish the car today after all. Caught a bug last night, I didn't realized how much temp went down until all of sudden my body just give up and I barely was able to clean the driveway.

The good thing is I can watch Speed channel the whole day!

1.6 lbs Lithium-ion battery coming to the s2000 near you!
Tested my friends' battery wired up to my car, works perfect! Next step is to optimize the form factor and find a good mounting location.
Might even include cell-balancing circuitry....probably will not though.

BTW, the picture makes the battery look way bigger than it actually is.

The cells will get out of balance and kerplode in short order if you don't.

please elaborate Those are also LiFePO4 - Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries, so I don't see a problem.

Oleg, I like your brake fluid vent filter. I'm going to steal that idea. Hopefully I can find one in yellow.

Does that gold film actually make the intake air cooler?
