Switch the coil overs today, gave the Apexi to my bro and installed my old Stance to the new ride. Man, it was like day and night difference in ride feel alone! The car does feel light and agile again. No more undulating feel when hitting bumps and bouncing while going moderate speed on highway ramps.

You will need to re-align the car now.
Yes, sir. But I'll wait after I installed the roll bar. Right now the car has Euro spec so it's good enough for street driving. I will try to see if this AP2 will do -2.5 all the way around like I did on my AP1.

If you changed the suspension, you don't have any spec. You may still have Camber but Toe could be out of whack.

^This. Toe eats tires.

Beater wheels for generic lapping: 1st gen NSX rear wheels(heavy)- 16x8 +65 and Volk CE28N(light) 17x7.5 +50 fronts. R-888's because RA-1's weren't available at the time and there was a rebate for a set of four.

Same weekend as the pics showing the Enkei's

I just signed up for the FATT, or at least I thought I did, the system they use is weird. I clicked on attend but it didn't do anything?
I'll be out of town for the FATT but I'm pretty sure clicking the email "attend" button should send you to a website to actually commit to the event.

Did that but the website didn't do anything after I clicked attend? No acknowledgement, no email?

I will just show up I guess.

Did not know that. I wonder if that contributed to being a little squarely when I did a hard breaking at one point.

I'll make an appointment next week with PTuning unless I find one today that does custom alignment.

Thanks for the head up, George.

I agree on that, Skip. I was looking at RPF1 +45 but since you and Rob had both rubbing issues with it I'll stick with higher offset.

Ptuning is giving me a good deal on triple 8s. What is your assessment about triple 8s on track?

I have a set of R888s for rain tires. I've never run them in the dry but the full tread 888's are very nice in the rain. I assume Hoosier wet's would be better but I've never tried them.

Skip, how much better were the Hoosier wets than the R888's you were running the last time we both ran in the rain together at Summit Main?

How are the star specs in the rain?
