That's insane. I drove on my NT-01's for the first time today and couldn't imagine having that much more grip.

ok cool so pretty much getting +63 is looking like the way to go(and I can run that offset front and back?). I took a look at some work cr kai's tonight they were 17x8 +47. I did like them but the only thing going through my mind is yall's advice about offsets. I mean they aren't a bad price which is why it's making it so tempting. I hate only having such a short amount of time to get this done......

No. If you are a budget look for the Tire Rack TR C3 17x9 +62 ($700ish), TSW Nurbirgring 17x9 +63 ($860ish I think) or Enkei PF01 17x9 +60 ($1100ish). A 255 is pinched on an 8" wheel.

Rob have you had any issues crushing your brake duct housing at full lock? Is there room for 2.5 hose?

^I think right now the best option for a wheel that fits is the 17x9 +60 Enkei PF01. Just gives you a tad bit more space compared to the +63. I also believe SSR makes the type-c in a 17x9 +55. That might just be the perfect in between although with those wheels your cost is starting to go up a lot too.

If you can wait, get the new 949 racing wheels. I have the older version 17x9 63 in matte black and they are perfect. Cheap, reasonably light, strong, looks decent, fits right. The new ones are supposed to be lighter.

Yes

I rub my 2.5 inch hose at full lock so I try to avoid full lock (never use it on the track, just in the paddock and turning into the garage at home). I put duct tape on the rub areas.

I set a budget of 1k but im getting a little but more than 1k back so if there's a good deal I'll do it I do like the c3's but with a full set of star specs on it it'll put me just a bit over 1k and I might do it.
