), I apologize for the guys who were offended. I knew it was a little bit borderline SFW depending on your job and the visibility but I should have played it safe and refrained from posting. 
It was just a picture of a family in very disturbing halloween costumes. This is how I would write a caption for it: "Lest did they know, but the family's Halloween bonding experience was about to be rudely interrupted by the sudden arrival of the Child Protection Services."
Anyways, back to the real topic at hand, the cars.

If you can find a $7k S2000 to start with you MIGHT be able to get it race ready for 15k total. In racing terms, its not all that much money, but its still 15k.
I maintain that one of the biggest expenses with tracking cars is changing your mind and swapping parts and "evolving it from street to HPDE and street, to mainly track, then track only, then racing. Each step wastes money. If I knew what I wanted to do with this car originally, I could have saved thousands of dollars and many many hours of time.
