There is no way that I would want o be listed as an organizer for a series where virtually zero safety equipment (other than a helmet). Too much liability IMHO. When I look at the west coast S2000 series, all I see are cars with $5000 CF wings, fancy wheels and splitters, bling blong eye candy gear and no rollbars (much less cages/harness, HANs etc)). Stupid.

lol. I understand where you coming from on this, Pete and I agree with you. West coast S2k series seems to be all about JDM yo stuff!

Agreed. Its like something you'd expect to see in eastern europe.

If enough people step up in NASA's Honda Challenge, it could be a blast and more or less spec S2000.

Supposedly, Nissan and NASA announce 350Z-based spec series. I wonder why the same can not be done for S2ks? Not enough sales?

Nice. I think it'smore like not enough interest is being thrown out there for S2K. I will be the first one to sign up for Eastern S2k series.

That said. 350Z series is very interersting to me.

I agree with all that was said. But I think it could be feasible with an s2k challenge type series out here. But like they said I don't think there's enough people. But isn't the 350 series a national event? And isn't it backed a little from nissan?
