I am guessing he doesn't want to talk about it.

I think you may be right. Here's a cut and paste from facebook:

The school was a lot of fun and learning. The civic race car was more fun than my S2000 actually. Unfortunately the radiator issue caused an overheat and I blew my head gasket. The car is now at Hondaworks in Charlotte NC to be fixed
Front wheel drive Civic more fun than an S2000! That's blasphemy! No soup for you!

Hopefully it's just the head gasket and a quick fix. I assume he didn't run in the weekend races. Oh well, "that's racing."

After experiencing all the debris thrown up by fat tire American Iron cars inches off my front bumper during a race I added a screen to my radiator opening.

I have. You have to tighten the crap out of the spacer. We almost had a wheel fall off, the lugnuts holding the wheel on were tight but the spacer studs were loose.

Glen Burnie. I have to get closer to work! And a garage.

The down side is more delay to building the S2000. I have roll bar money but I am trying to decide whether I go Hard Dog now, or continue saving for a hard top so I can do what Pete did with the half cage. Decisions...
