Ugh, I want to sign up for the TrackDaze RDE for Monday-Tuesday..it's 3 hours track time per day!! $180 per day or $310 for two. It is intermediate+ solo though..I don't know if I am at that point. Is anyone going to that?
I wanted to because it's cheaper. But we are swamped at work so I gotta do the regular HPDE on the weekend. I will definitely know tomorrow if my cooling system is up to the task. Which reminds me that I really need to get the new oil temp gauge installed tonight.

Thanks Lou. I have a canopy setup that shows I'm not afraid to let out my inner redneck. And two coolers full of water/Gatorade. I am ready for it.

Thanks, Ron.

Oleg, the car ran great. I think an axle is broke and causing a shake around 20 min. into a session. And a boost line burned in half, but it had done that before so I have a new one. Other than that, it is a lot of fun running down AMG's.

Finally got to burp the car today, followed Billman's way and did the firewall also for a good measure. Thanks to Jim and Jason for the warning. I thought the rubber cap is just covering for the bleeder valve but alas it was not! Sprayed coolant all over the engine bay exept my face.

Test drove the car tonite, so far the highest temps I saw was 204 but the SPAL fan kicked-in and down she goes. Temps maintained around 196-200 with AC on and 184-196 with AC off. Tomorrow will be the real test when I drive the car to work to a Friday madness commute.
Update:

Well, while driving back home on hot 90F from VB today I experienced the engine high temp while AC is on again. The engine was holding at around 210-220 on my way to VB. On

Ron, do you have a oil temp gauge?
