The Miata does look the same size as the S2000 now.
I will be doing this again although probably on SPR instead of Shenandoah. I'll send out some invites but I am limited to 6 people total (and this time it was my Lemon/Chump team). I'll probably do the next one in middish July. Very weird running at at track that is empty (no corner workers, no BSR staff, only an EMT team/truck and a single radio to call them).

It's ok I was bogged down in work anyway.

There is a SLC that runs with NASA in the SU class

I know, but I kind of think $20K is more logical. After all, ~$10K for the kit, and then you still need a decent WRX (~$10K), plus if you wanted a STI version it would add additional cost. But still, not bad.

Got to zip around with Matt (car looks great with the new RaceLabz cage) and play around with wifey and her Miata.

The Miata has really grown up over the years.

I like the clouds in this pic. Cry havoc and let loose the dogs of war!

It was a lot of fun. The miata looks smaller in person. I have to say, Barrie's car in person is the best looking miata I've ever seen.

The cage really stiffened up my car. Now the suspension needs to be tuned by someone with a clue, ie not me.

Hardtop update:

A friend has got Cales top looking really good; almost as if it was never damaged. It is getting painted flat black and will have a lexan window and a big round red 57 sticker on the roof.

My OEM black hardtop will be for sale very soon. Its purty....
Send me details on the hardtop. I tried sending you a message, but it appears you can't receive messages at this time.

Details:

its black.

;-)

I will post up the relevant info when i get it ready to sell. too busy now with work and the upcoming lemons race.
