Thank you for all the great advices. At least I'm not too worried anymore. I will buy one of those big bucket water filler/burper concuction and try burp the system. I'll also buy thermostat and water pump just in case. Car111ktoday miles already.
Driving the car today at Bethesda clinic, heavy traffic at 495 and temps are holding up.

IIRC there are 2 places that are higher than the radiator that you can burp. One is on the firewall right behind the engine with a rubber cap. The other I have no way to describe location. Near the throttle body. 10mm bolt that points straight up with an opening at the top.
