I'll make one splitter first. Evaluate the design, (I have couple of modifications that I might do on the second one) and then build several more for myself and others.
That whole standing on the splitter test is a bit of an overkill....one should recognize that the pressure distribution on the splitter under normal operating conditions and while standing on it is completely different. The best way to evaluate it's quality is to have someone take pictures of the car while driving or mount a gopro and look for deformation. But given how stiff the material is, I believe that I would be able to stand on it.

The rubber gasket for a toilet flap valve fits the oil fill cap well enough for a temporary fix.

Looking forward to seeing a lot of yall at the track this weekend and trying a new track. It should be fun to mingle with the S2000 folk...when I attended the NASA event a few weeks ago there were only a couple S2Ks to be found. I looked over the schedule and noticed there are 4 sessions of 30 minutes, which is a whopping 1.5 hours more track time over the course of the weekend than NASA events I have been to! 37.5% more action for the same price is an Ebert-style in my book.
I also am still wrapping up a couple more things in relation to my online store (About Us, Contact Us, Terms, Shipping Policies etc..just when you think you are done there are more things to check off )...but I just got approved to process credit cards today wahoo! That was sort of an important piece. Just so you know I haven't forgotten about your inquiries Pedro, Jason, and David and still need to get you guys answers. I will also see about becoming a Carbotech dealer since that seems to be the pad of choice for track guys
