Ok, I installed Skips suspension (GC/Konis) today. Its SUPER stiff but....

The rears clunk.
How low do you have it set? Put it back to stock height and see if the noise goes away.

The rears clunk. Its loud and annoying and basically sounds like all the bolts are loose. Does anyone know why that is? I did search and one of the stated reasons was you need to preload the suspension before torquing the bolts. I did that or so i thought. Anyway, its loud. Anyone who's had this experience with coilovers, or experience with coilovers please help.
Did you replace or remove the top hats? or just install them as one piece?

Matt - when George helped me install mine, we preloaded it by using the jack to lift each one off of the jack stands. I have never had a rattle, from them at least.

Loosen everything, load the suspension and re-torque.

You put the fronts on the front...? right?

Check the spings for rattle in full droop

Plug-n-play.

George, I'm not even sure you can switch the two.

I'll do that thanks.

The fronts did make it in the front. there is about a 6" difference in overall height so its pretty straightforward about what goes where.

In for the BSR clinic re-fresh on the 19th.

But I have lots of time driving my simulator this winter, so i hardly need any refresh.
