Glad to help. My name is Mani(money) hence the screen-name. 
Long sleeve shirt IS the default. They make exceptions from time to time to allow short-sleeve BUT the exception is always decided and announced during the AM all-hands-meeting on the day of.
Driving shoes are by design uncomfortable to walk around for a long time, many folks(including me) switch to sandals or tennis shoes between sessions. Like I said, any closed toe shoe of your choice is fine.
Ah ok, good thing to know...I might not have brought/wore a long sleeve shirt. What about jeans? They ok?

Well, I picked up these tonight! They look good! My gf asked how much they cost and when I told her she brought up something about I have two years to save for a $25K-30K ring lol

I'm sorry but that is just nuts.
Her mom was saying $45K LOL. I'm going to spend $2K for a flight to South Africa and go mine my own 2 carat diamond!
