I'll be racing H1 waiting for Rob to join us. 7 or 8 entries so far.
After I'm done I will bring some Swedish Fish over to the Volvo team.
bighead--do you still have that oil cooler system and will it fit the S? A temp gauge works wonders and oil in the pan is 280 and above. I'm in the market for something.

I have had good luck with the Racepak system,.
It is always on and never misses a session, which seems chronic with Pete's trackmate, he always had the track record run when the unit was not working
I think the trackmate software is better though
Everyone has a favorite, the only one I have a lot of experience with is traqmate. It does a good job but is currently broken.

What Race Car Data Acquisition/Racing Data Acquisition Systems would you guys reccomend? I'm in the market for one and just want to see what everyone is using now...

Ron - In highschool whenever I asked someone to go tenting with me it was usually to knock the bottom out of it. How do I put this gently...I'm happily married but deeply flattered.
I live ~8 miles from the track. I'll be sleeping in my a/c house and comfy bed. May hang around to throw a few back though.
Oleg - You should try out some of the smartphone data systems. They won't provide you with the same level of information. But they cost $$$delaware$$$ instead of $$$texas$$$. I think Harry's lap timer is a favorite and costs somewhere around $10-15. That might give you a starting point to figure out what features you like or don't like/want.

Lou, are you up for helping us? I am sure we'll need something. Probably someone to administer valium.
