A couple of my co-worker do this word of the year resolution, its a cool way to look towards the year. 2010's was "Success" and I did pretty good, got a promotion, moved out of parents place, traveled the US more and went to the Philippines , got laser eye surgery, bought and paid off my scion xb, more personal accomplishments, etc. With that said...my co-workers decided the 2011 would be "Quality" so I guess I'll use that one too

2011 Word for the Year: Quality

1. Improve the overall quality of my surroundings and life in general. From the Home, car, friends, family, clothes, food, etc. Girlfriend needs no improvement as she is already great
