The cars in their gallery don't have any of the typical stickers....

How do these pics strike you?

Front (7" wheel with 255)

So far, they feel fine with +5 psi in the front from what I would run with the 9" wheel. Perhaps a little more understeer, but it is hard to judge on the street. I am really guessing.

Thanks for the heads up Carlos. Was the car neutral before and on similar tires with the only variable being the wheel width? I feel the car handles perfectly with the same tires on 9" wheels. When you switched did you change anything else, or just the front tire width?

Good luck tomorrow gents. See ya'll on sunday with a few changes that will hopefully help us go faster.

noel...I'm jealous of how well those 255's fit on your rims. The pinch on my ap1 wheels with 245's is a bit worse. Good luck tomorrow.

His car had a definitive push to it with Star Specs pinched on stock wheels....it was noticeable just from watching it.

Thanks DJBeatz. Mike, Im not doubting him. but there are so many variables. For example: was his car on a square setup previously, was he on AP1 wheels iot AP2 wheels, Yhe direzza has softer sidewalls than the AD08, but I cannot quantify how much..., did he make a change tot the sways or vary tire pressures, etc. I wanted to test this all last week but it was too tough to stick around for 4 hours and I had no tire trailer

We'll see I guess, unless I can get feedback from Mr. Guzman before then.

Thanks all. Good luck. Let's have some S2K leaders tomorrow (and Mike).

I had the same wheel with and tires size 255 all around, huge difference of handling when i put back my 949 wheels 9" with RS3 255 all around. Is not the tire, is the wheel width the problem
