Also, OT, but the Senna movie (documentary) is on the interwebz. Only thing that sucks is the subs are in Portuguese....even when the dialogue is in Portuguese. Pretty awesome, though.

Hey Guys,

New here, but I've met a few of you at the last CDC/SCCA events. Had a blast on Sunday autoxing my s2k in STR (woo woo stock with an intake...). Car is so much fun on street tires.

One of my runs:

And from my first run, after my codriver tells me "there's more grip than you'd expect":

Hope to meet more of you at other events, though if it's not freezing/snowing/raining, I'll be back in a shifter kart for SCCA.

Though now that I think of it, I have no idea what mods those guys have. CDC people: What are your mods, if any? I'm bone stock, except for my roll bar.

I'm also stock with an intake. I put on Satisfied Gransport Ceramic pads, but I don't notice much of a difference from OEM, so I'm gonna go back to OEM.

Here's a little video I made. Had to blast the music since my friend nicknamed my car "The S-Wing."

EDIT: How do you embed a YouTube video? Oh, that was easier than I thought.

Mazda club at Bowie on Saturday. Anyone other than Juan going?

I can't believe they have a two page compulsory tech sheet for an autocross.

Yeah, their tech sheet is really annoying.

To be honest, I've pretty much ignored it every time I've run with them (2 events now). At one tech, the Mazda club guy said something along the lines of, "So did you just check everything off, and sign at the bottom like everybody else?" Which scared me. And then he passed me.

I don't think I'll be there this time around. It's been fun in the past though.
