Tough question..

For high performance tires, I'm torn between Dunlop Star Specs and the Hankook Ventus R-S3. I'm leaning toward the Star Specs

On my summer wheels right now, I have Fuzion ZRi's. Not very competitive for autox, but still decent summer tires. The fronts are gone, but the rears are almost new. I'm tempted to cheap out, and just buy some new front Fuzions. $180 vs $500.

Star specs are better below 80 degrees.....RS3's are best in hot weather.

Star specs are also excellent in the wet (better than RS-3). Honestly, Fuzions are not in the same league. Figure at least 2-3 of your season events will be in the wet.

Mercedes autoX #1 is April 17.

In the past, I have offered to buy lunch for any S2000 driver that comes within 1 second of my morning raw times. I wonder if that would convince some S2000 people to come on out?
