I'm just going to weld it myself. Just going to spot the little crossbar....it is held in with a small coder pin. Once I find a picture of the car/damage I will post it up. It wasn't pretty. Luckily the driver and instructor weren't injured. He seemed like a nice guy (older gentlemen....maybe 50ish) and I believe had some experience.

Is that course as close to the curbing as it looks? Z definitely looks ready to go.

It is pretty close, or closer than it should be. Especially for an Autocross school in my opinion they needed to slow down the cars even more or not use the lower lot. On the other hand that car looked wild on the course; Corvette engine and hand built…

For an experienced autocrosser it was probably ok, but the school was designed for complete novices (1st timers). Some of the other clubs refuse to use the lower lot because of that divider. For some reason they had basically a 150-200' straight away before and after the box (prior to the curbing), but I was coming through the box at 25-30mph and probably closer to 35mph as I came through the small inlet (maybe 25'curb to curb).

Here is a video of the two simple exercises and the full course through AJ Aviles regional winning ST civic...Keep in mind we didn't get a chance to walk or even see the course prior to getting a single quick run of the "full" course.

A couple of S2k's already registered for CDC.....no one going down to waldorf for NCC? The waldorf lot rocks, but the drive down sucks.
