*SOLD* FS: Rock Band Game Only (360)

Have an extra copy of Rock Band for Xbox 360 (Game only). Got a replacement copy for my scratched disc after I had already bought another one. The case was opened in front of me (so I can't return it as brand new), but I never played the game.
Rock Band for 360 will work with either of the 360 Guitar Hero guitars, and will work with the 360 headset for singing.
Asking $45.00 plus shipping OBO, pickup is also an option for locals. USPS shipping with insurance should be less than 5 bucks. Add 3% for PayPal.
