the K motor is garbage compared to SR... he's making over 500 whp now that he got the z32 MAF on there.

 

But for the price, you can squeeze plenty of power out of a stock KA. Then if you blow it there are thousands of KAs just sitting around after everybody else has scrambled to swap in an SR


And a built KA can make some SERIOUS power. I know you already know this

 

But.. my friend wasn't going for plenty of power.. he was going for total domination.... and the SR is the ONLY way to go for that in a 2fowty... and its uber reliable and is so freakin evil sounding. The engine bay is absolutely sick...

Granted KA can make power but I'd rather fully build an SR than a KA if I was going all out.

this sr vs. ka crap has been long since worn out...the ka can be a beast....in the end...displacement kicks ass.....and an iron block

 

The SR does sound better and look cooler. No doubt about that. But I still think if you're going ALL out, you can't beat the extra displacement.

And an all out KA will be cheaper than an all out SR.

Also, if he's going for total domination, he'll have to do better than 500hp

 

there are stock sr20 and ka blocks pushin 500whp......that link i sent are the best at the ka so far..........
