doubtful... I remember when I had my amuse lip (which was fiberglass), I had to lower my top, put it in the passenger seat and then I was able to raise the top again with barely enough room. I can't imagine a full bumper fitting w/ or w/o the seat with the top up.

There is more room with the Mugen hardtop inside the car than the soft top.

I have put the 2004 bumper, lip, an Amuse lip, and something else in the car without removing the seat and was still able to put the top up.

I'm supposed to be picking up a GP Sports front bumper so it is roughly the size of an OEM bumper with a lip attached - I think it will fit side to side in the passenger seat's spot but I'm not sure about how it will fit from bottom to top (of bumper) between the door and center console. I wish I had a tape measure.

I don't think it will fit even with the seat out - I just ran out and did some "arm" measurements
