Poindexter, have you looked at NOVA for classes? What about FairFax County continued education classes? Most of the times the FFX classes are taught by professionals in the industry as opposed to just a teacher.

I'm taking a 3D computer graphics class at Nova right now, its a little slow going, but it was only $225 and once a week fits my schedule. I'm not looking for a certificate or a grade, just training and it works out fine.

Call me wierd, but honestly ... i can't seem to function without my own computer. I really hate it when my main computer is down. I had the same mouse, keyboard, monitor, and box for about 2.5 years now and the same chair for 4 years .... i use these other comps just for internet and microsoft office. other than that, i wont work on them becuase i feel wierd.

-the way the keyboard is situated (there is a dent in my space bar from using it so much)
-place placement of monitor
-the way the mx500 feels to my hand
-having a 11in x 15in mouse pad

im trying to get acustomed to doing some Adobe Premiere on my laptop. i still could do better vid editing with my desktop than my laptop
