I'm guessing it would be nothing more than a few self tapping screws into the bottom of the front bumper?

The template we came up with wouldn't fill the whole front lip, but since it hasn't been made it doesn't mean we can't change it around. We just did a quick rounded template that measured 48 inches in width and 6 inches in length (basically enough to cover the areas that my lip was scraped).

Like I said, this guy can do anything custom. He could round it up over the lip/bumper if you wanted him to.

The plastic that would be used is the same thing they make heavy duty F-350 bed liners out of and fender liners for Mack Trucks.

Wonder what else would be cool to have this guy make. I am also thinking about having him make some pieces that would protect the inside of my side skirts. I'm sure he can replicate your rear valence Chad.

For $30, that's pretty sweet. If he could round it over the bumper even better. I'm in.

Its an idea... unfortuntly the holes to put mine in didnt fit.. so its sort of force-fed
Probably be better to talk to carlo (seems he just purchased a used one from For Sale) to see if his could be used before install

Who in Hampton Roads with a pre-2004 front lip wants to head up there with me next week? It might be worth getting 2 different templates made or maybe something that is universal

Once the template is made it takes him all of 5 minutes to replicate it.
