Carlo, the tapping of the oil pan is not hard. But . . . . . pulling the harmonic balancer is serious. If you don't pull it squarely, (e.g. percisely straight) bad things could happen.

You're having it professionally installed, so when you tell them about the wire, valve, and balancer they'll know exactly what to do
Make sure they tighten the loose nut behind the wheel too
