Well, Tim seems pretty cool. He's head of janitorial services for this building... or atleast the hiring manager for that department.
I have atleast noticed this specific room has been cleaned alot more often than before he was running it.

People need to respect their own stuff some more and just be more cautious. I't s a cruel cruel world out there.
