Don't you listen to them Mark .

You guys were mean-ugly eyelid haters earlier this evening ... I know eyelids are everyone's taste...and no, they don't add the 1st HP to our 4-banger, but...

Eyelids give the "face" of our S2000 an "I'm gonna have your car for dinner!" look when you're quickly filling up a driver's rear view mirror .

Now, a good point was made regarding quality & fitment . Definitely, an ill-fitting set can just look like trash. And me, personally, I don't care too much for the "color-matched" vinyl apps . My biggest issue with them is that they don't nail the color match...and worse, I wonder how UV rays will affect (i.e. blanch) out the color of the vinyl in time. Pointy made mention of tims2k and I would 2nd that suggestion. But...if Tim's offering, you would want to consider the ABS eyelids...not fiberglass. I first purchased the 'glass ones and they were laid to set up on a flat table. That gets you a flat piece of fiberglass -- and that doesn't like to hold a curve very nicely . The ABS on the other hand...not only good fitment, the quality itself has proven very good too. Plus Tim's source did a nice job matching color as well.

Anyway, I love my 'lids . So don't you go listenin' to the eyelid haters.

Just got out from under the car... seems the heat shield just above the cat is tight. Next time i get the car up in the air i'll get a closer look though.

I'd have to agree with him though.. "IF" you really want eyelids, definitely look towards Tims

You can't put the hood in that classic Honda "point towards the sky" mode anymore though....
