Well, Here's a pic of what I got for Valentine's Day.. The ER called and said "we have a guy with horrible belly pain" I got a abdominal x-ray and this is what I found!

Close.... it was a vibrator. Seems slim and his Gf (so he says) were hacing a little fun Valentines day and things got out of hand. I couldn't retrieve it down in the ER, and worse, he was obstructed (his couldn't pass gas...doen't sound like much, but after a while your colon perforates). So, we took him to the O.R. and I had to (1) Use a rib-splitter to pry his fat ass open (2) use a long grasper that is used for laparoscopic surgery, to pry it from his ass. I had to have the intern push down on his abdomen just to grasp it....it was focking far up there. If that failed, I would have had to open him asshole to adam's apple, get it out from the inside, and he would have bought a colostomy for 3months. IMO, too high of a price to pay for "fun"
