WTB: OEM Cd Player with code

I'm looking for an OEM Cd Player with code. I sold mine for $40 and now I need it again. I'm looking to spend about the same amount that I sold it for.

Not sure if you'd want it but you could easily have my 2000 OEM deck for that much...

I may be willing to part with mine as I'm going to upgrade mine soon - how urgent do you need it? Mine's from a brand-new MY'02 so it's in perfect condition with only a week's worth of use.
