Volk Ce28 Mag Blue 17x9+22 Concave face X4 and Hankook RS-3 255/40/17

Been going back and forth debating if I should keep these or not but I need to clear some room.
-Specs are 17x9 +22 all around
-Concave faces
-Comes with 3 Volk Mag blue flat center caps(lost one)
-I've never curbed them all true and straight no bends
-They have some marks on the lips from mounting/dismounting tires
Can come with a like new set of Hankook RS-3 255/40/17 x4. Tires were used for a couple hundred miles only(approx 90% tread left). Add $475 for this if buying wheels.
