Care to explain this? Are you trying to say these seats cost more than a pair or Custom Recaro Pole Positions at $4,000+?

No clue where you're getting your information. Everywhere I'm seeing is $1200 tops

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...&catcgry5=SEAT

(Or go to any new OEM honda parts website - they will all be about the same)

Add up all the parts per side... The "List Price" is Honda's.

Do some research, this is fairly common knowledge on here, but you are new. If you have a 00-02 and your seats are stolen your car will most likely be "totaled" by the insurance company. That's one reason why people are so protective of them - and the price is why they are so commonly sought after (or stolen).

oh i saw that site but misunderstood the labeling.

Seems a bit insane for our stock seats to be worth that much? They're comfy but if I were to spend anywhere near that amount on seats I'd have some VERY nice custom Recaro Pole positions and likely be happier in the long run.

btw wasn't trying to be an asshole by any means. That's just incredibly shocking to me. I know these cars werent particularly cheaply made but considering most stock seats in cars today go for ~1500 for a set, this price seems outlandish. But your seats are very nice. If I wasn't already dead set on saving to get said Pole Positions, I'd consider picking these up

Thanks man, and I agree I was shocked when I first saw that. If I was buying brand new seats, I definitely would not spend $8k to get OEM

Good luck on your search

I've shipped a couple sets before and it cost me about $180-200 through UPS in one box (unbolting the tops/bottoms/rails). I'm guessing it would be about the same for VA.

As for any price negotiation you will have to PM me.
