Bump for you I just put them on yesterday... Plus they are easy to paint...
Are you sure about that? I thought dry cf needs extra attention when painting since the paint doesnt adhere well?

clean sand primer base coat clear coat let it heal wet sand up to 2000grit buff / polish done. nothing special about it.

rate of cf expansion is much less than plastic / fiberglass anyways in the heat.

100%

I am disappointed though I thought I was going to get more clearance!!! I cut the inner tabs on the top, but my MF10's come so close to the fender even with it cut. I thought I could run a spacer and still have clearance but nope...

well they are only a bit more than 3/8" wider (10mm)
Not much wider ... but very clean looking.

Most OEM looking fender around

Thanks guys for the confirmation.

I was planning on cutting more than just the tabs. What size/offset are your Mugen wheels at with the spacers?

I am looking at 17x7.5 +40 & hoping with cutting the tabs I have enough clearance, if not then ill shave more off.

you have pm again

here are some realities check
c-west fenders are only 10mm wide like some members mentioned
so you can not use aggressive offset like asm, j's racing, spoon sports fenders. Even if you remove the oem liners. The down side is that you can not rolled c-west fenders like oem fenders. And I wonder if you rolled oem fenders you can get more clearance for aggressive offset rims.

I cut the inner tab and all to get maximum clearance and my MF10's won't clear with a 225 since I am tucking tire. Although I sold my other set of MF10's so let see if the next wheels fit, which I highly doubt.

What width & offset are you running with the Mugens?
