This cover is not waterproof but is breathable fabric, completely washable. Only used three times. Small red spots are from paint can that opened in trunk and a little got on cover. How long does that take to install? Obviously the front is easy, it's the rear part I wonder about.

I think I may have sold this piece to JROSEN so I'll chime in here. The rear attaches with tabs, you open the trunk make sure the tabs are in the trunk and then shut the trunk. The tabs are thick enough that they cannot be pulled out once the trunk is closed. The sides have little straps that can go around the door handles.

A pretty unique piece for sure.

Thanks for the assist.
I have used it several times, not many.
It ususally takes about three minutes to install and comes off in less than one.
I keep it in the trunk, neatly folded and shake out well after each use.
Definately a very neat accessory.

I love my cockpit cover. My car has a proximity sensor but that won't stop the top from being cut if someone tries to break in.

With the cover at least all I lose is a $80 piece of fabric.
