opinion on pricing for Ingen CAI

I have the opportunity to buy a new Injen cai for $225 shipped to my house. I've checked on prices for new and I think that this is a good deal! I also like the AEM V2 and am considering that cai. Any opinions about the differences between the two of them would be appreciated.

thats a good price....i dont know too much about the AEM but my Injen is damn loud!!
