this package comes mounted and balanced. the tires are in great shape, barely used and very sticky. these tires have not been track or autocrossed(except for 3 autocross runs in the rain). the wheels are true with no damage other than some scuffs. i took a close-up picture of one wheel with the biggest scuffs. ra-1 have a great reputation as a great multi-purpose tire with great durability and life span.
