Megan Motor Mounts
Megan Stiffened Motor Mounts
-driver side and passenger side motor mounts
-used for test fitting/was on the vehicle for 200 miles
-NO damages or scratches, practically brand new
-way stiffer than stock

but to answer your question...
these are just stiffened mounts. modeled identically after the stock oem mount. the material however is different, it is made of a more solid material. but the mount itself is stiffened not necessarily solid. it does still allow dampening but does not compare to a solid mount.
they were test fitted at my shop on my personal car. i wanted to test fit the product and determine the actual time and labor involved in swapping this style mount. it was pretty straight forward and despite the rumors that float around in the industry regarding megan products; the mounts were of good quality. they are identical to stock and utilize all stock hardware. we found no problems with these mounts after seeing 2 track days and a couple of drag sessions (applying engine torque to the mounts). no signs of ripping or fatigue in the compound material megan uses.
and from what im told by my megan representative these mounts are the same as the hardrace mounts available in the market.
these mounts do equate to more vibration but isnt car shattering like solid mounts. i liked them and would buy a set for my car if i didnt have the innovate mounts. they a re a cheaper alternative than other mounts in the market.
i just wanted to ensure the quality of a product (by testing it on my personal vehicle) before i start selling it to my customers at my shop.
