The J's tow hook comes with all the necessary hardware when new. I'm just saying, some people will list a product, ie a J's Racing tow hook, and the buyer will be supprised to find in fact ONLY a J's Racing tow hook. A friend of mine bought a used J's Racing ETD to find that the mounting bolt was not included.
Yeah and $80 for two rails, $250 for a bumper.
