For sale is a Peripheral iPod adapter for Honda. I used this in my 06 s2k with an iPhone 3GS for a year and a half without a problem.
You can control your iPod/iPhone thru the headunit or thru the device. Charges all iPods/iPhones, even with the car switched off.
The unit also has an AUX input.

Included in sale:
-Wiring Harness (plug and play)
-2 Cables (One only charges the older iPods, the other cable charges all)
-Peripheral Unit

I believe this will work with all Honda headunits, but I know for sure it will work with headunits with an XM option.

Does this piggy back the XM for a factory satellite radio car? I refuse to give up my XM, but would like the option of listening to my iPod.

Yes, the harness piggybacks into the XM, so you can switch between the XM and iPod mode.
You can see a white female clip on the harness in the first picture, its where the XM plugs in.
