overlord: If you used Paypal, I hope you paid with your credit card. If so, you can call your CC company and file a dispute. I've done it before and always get my money back if the tracking # doesn't confirm shipment. Good LUCK!@

Paypal had a lawsuit against them and they should be able to get the funds back by making his account negative, thats what they have done to many people. You should definetly be able to get your money back. Call them and start bitchin, whatever it takes. I'm sick of people being rippped off.
