I just received these and the quality looks better than any other fiberglass JDM Parts that I have seen. Probably not going to use any side skirts on my S2000.

I will take them John. I think we should keep some kits rare and not knock off every companies parts. Why will any of these JDM companies continue to make parts for are cars if they know they are only going to sell only a hand full because of being knocked off by people in the US.

It's not a knock-off if the primary mold of the "styled" part is changed.
I'm on the fence for either side of the issue...I don't buy knock-offs. All original Mugen or Dinan for my cars, nothing else.
However, there's a limit of what's ethically correct in pricing. Some of the Japanese manufacturers just price their products so incredibly for the American market based off the wealth of the country. Mugen is no exception, buying Mugen parts in other countries just isn't as costly (maybe also has to do with the size of the market and the demand/supply allocated in each country as well).
I only support their pricing strategies by actually buying their products...its seems that the market can bear it, and I, as a willing customer, am paying the prices asked.....DID,DID (Damned if you do, Damned if you don't).
