Pads are at 7.1mm to 7.2mm of actual pad thickness
There are (4) discs included
The mounted discs are at 27.7mm+ so effectively full life and the other set is still at 28mm.
Evasive sells this kit with the updated calipers (cp9200) for $2600 and it appears each replacement disc is about $300 each.
I bought this locally and never mounted to my car, so just trying to move it. Let me know any questions.
