I purchased the phone the day it came out on 10/11/2005. This is a US model Nokia 8801 for use on 850, 1800, 1900Mhz GSM networks. So it'll work for Cingular and T-Mobile. I have everything that was included when it was new in the box, even the plastic bags. It was used very carefully and is in perfect working condition. The only blemish is a small dent on the front faceplate that you can see in the pics.

I bought the phone for $699.99 from ImportGSM.com and purchased their Lifetime Warranty for $105. The warranty covers any accidental damage, basically everything except loss or theft and they'll repair it as many times as needed but replace it only once.

so with the warranty can you get rid of the dent or the outer casing?

edit* I just called ImportGSM and they said they'll cover EVERYTHING. They'll cover that little dent but it's up to them whether they simply replace the faceplate or if they give you a whole new phone. But remember that you can only get a new phone once so if you completely kill the phone later on beyond a simple repair, they won't give you a new one.

For example, if you scratch up a razor phone it's probably cheaper for them to give you a new phone rather than replacing the oem housing because those phones are so cheap these days but you're screwed if you run over the replacement phone with your car.
