For Sale...Brand New House Multi-Room Audio System. I have the exact same system in my house.
With this system you can have control of your system from each room. 6 different sources can be played in the system. Control of each room is provided by the keypad.
Source selection, Volume up and down, and Mute are on each keypad. Different rooms can listen to different sources. you can add your existing CD to the system and still use it on your system. If you have a remote for your other components it will work from each keypad. (emitters come with the unit)
Installation may be available at an additional charge (local only) . Amp/Keypad combo sold for 3000.00. Tuner sold for 795.00. I'm looking for 2000.00 for the amp/keypads, and tuner. I am very familiar with this system and can give advise on the install if you want to do it yourself or live far away. Serious inquires only...lowballers need not apply.
System includes the following:
6 room Pre-amp and Amp (1 box)
(6) Keypad controllers (1 for each room)
(1) Triple AM/FM Tuner...That's right 3 Tuners in 1 box.
Comes with Remote for all 3 tuners. they have dicreet codes. When you chan ge the staion on one, it does not effect the others
What you will need to make this work.
Run Cat5 wire from each keypad location to the amplifier area
Install speakers in each area and run wires from each speaker pair back to amp.
System does not come with speakers.
Very nice but not in the cards. I'm just having the new house wired for 7.1 in the gathering room and an additional zone on the lanai. Good luck with the sale.
