Default <> Custom Turbo Kit

Thinking about selling my custom turbo kit my shop built. Here are a list of the items below:

Rev Hard Manifold
Garrett T3/T4 60trim Compressor with 0.82 AR turbine housing
Tial 35/40mm hybrid wastegate with 0.3bar (~4.5psi spring) Anodized Red
Tial 50mm Blowoff Valve ~ Anodized Red
Spreaco Custom Intercooler 25x7.8x3.5 core size
Aeromotive 1:1 Fuel Pressure Regulator , Custom Tapped into the end of the fuel rail
Apexi VAFC, Apex AVCR with Harness Both already connected to VAFC harness
Defi Analog D guages EGT, and Air/Fuel both already connected to VAFC harness
SOS 52mm Guage pod for guages
Defi Heads up Boost display and turbo timer
All 2.5 inch intercooler piping + silicon connectors + all summit t-bolt hose clamps
Oil feed + return lines including all fittings
oil pan with return line fitting tigged to oil pan
Oil filter relocator kit (stage 6 motorsports brand)
Missing Link MAP Bypass valve
2.5 inch Downpipe and dump tube (downpipe eliminates cat and second o2)
Obd2 car connector, Connect laptop to obd2 connector for checking codes and datalogging engine sensors.
All bolts and fittings included

pics below they are not very good quality but i can get better ones.

The only problem with the kit is, I'm not including my 440 injectors or fuel pump because they are a pain to take out. This kit also needs either the EMS or Emanage to get running good. It runs WOT very well but needs to be tuned at Partial throttle with EMS or Emanage. Also, I had to cut a hole in the engine bay for fear of the turbo hitting the engine bay on start up. I would need also from anyone who is buying this to trade me oil pans, stock air box, and stock CAT.

I selling this kit for $3200 any question can be posted here or PMed.

The turbo manifold is log style from revhard. I paid 550 for it.
Yeah I'm taking a big loss in price considering all the fabrication for the pipes, chroming them, custom down pipe and other various parts.

Sorry bud need cash not another car

I spent all my funds fabricating the kit, had I known that I would need another route for engine management other than the vafc i would have bought the ems or emanage but I had all the parts bought in early January and just finished the kit recently. I've put about 2500 miles on the kit mostly highway miles. Hell I might even throw in the my laptop with obd2 datalogging program in with the kit.

The kit as you can read above is fully complete just need bigger injectors and a different fuel management system. I'm sure the emanage could tune with the kit better but I'm out of a job right now and have to way to get funds for the emanage or ems.

Hell I might even trade in the car for something more economical.

If you add up the price for all the parts then the kit costed me more than my asking price. If anyone needs references or visual proof that the kit is working I have reference and I can get a video of the car running.

Have you dyno the car after the turbo? 4.5psi is pretty conservative. I wonder how much power it puts down.

$3200 is a great price.

I have not dynoed my car because:
1. My shop is waiting for their dyno which is dued to arrive at any time.
2. The vafc is worthless for tuning the car with.

The problem that i've ran into is that i'm using a 1:1 FPR where as most other kits use a Rising Rate FPR like the Vortech FMU, but that increase Fuel pressure in the rail to ~100psi and delivers more fuel by that method. I don't like that method hence why i say that anyone who wants this kit needs the emanage or ems.
