Got this Intake off another member earlier this summer. Original owner added another spot to install bypass valve so it has another joint to clap but works great. Everything pictured is included. I dont have the instructions but can be downloaded off AEM website and I dont have the rubber isolator mount for the bottom piece. I used a plastic tiewrap in its place to hold it down. The piping has a few spots where rubbing occured but nothing that is a problem, mostly cosmetic. Filter was bumped a bit but no holes and not very dirty.

Just wanted to add after a question via PM, the intake does not have the carb sticker or a Carb number on it. I know its important for some states.

Does this fit the 04-05 S2000? What are the differences in those intake models because different vendors carry 2 type of intakes for those years.
